To register for this application, you must first enter a valid work email address that will be used to log in and for email notifications.
If your referral is urgent (for example, the person you are referring has nowhere to stay tonight) please contact the relevant local authority by telephone and you will be put through to their out of hours service. Telephone numbers are published on the housing pages of each local authority website.
If you are registering your email address for the first time (and it is not an urgent referral) but it is outside of normal office hours (after 5pm on a weekday, or on a weekend), then your account will not be approved until the next working day. You will then be able to send your referral. This is for first-time registrations only - for all future referrals you can log in and send immediately.
